Vanessa brings over a decade of sales and business development expertise across pharmaceuticals, laboratory diagnostics, mental health, and business technology sectors. She co-founded and operates a $5M sustainable sector company and provides growth strategy consulting to startups on operational scaling. Vanessa actively manages a portfolio of short-term rentals and single-family investment properties nationwide. She holds a psychology degree from New York University and a master's in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Seth combines operational expertise with technology leadership, beginning his career in the newsroom operations of The New York Times before advancing through roles at Intel, co-founding a Seattle restaurant chain, and serving as COO/Director of Operations across diverse industries including CPG, political campaigns, and venture capital. Most recently, he led operations at Alumni Ventures, the most active VC firm in the United States. Seth holds a philosophy degree from Denison University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
